Originally formed in 1964, Exchange Insurance Agency was located for many years on Congress Street in Post Office Square in downtown Boston. Relocated to it’s current Friend Street offices in March of 1999, Exchange Insurance Agency still services the needs of many people who come into the city every day, but has also expanded it’s territory to include many of the suburban Boston communities along with Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Maine.
